GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR A PITCH PRICES All prices are established in EUROS. Local tax included. PITCH The maximum capacity on each pitch is 6 people. The first car is free ; for every additional car a cost will be paid. The surface area of each site is approximately 90sqm. Your equipment should not transcend from your pitch. For every electric connection, plan an extension lead from minimum 50 meters (French plug). For every water connection at pitches n°36 and 37, plan a pipe of ten or so meters. EQUIPMENT Only caravans with 1 axle are allowed on the campsite. PARTICIPANTS TO THE STAY Identity paper will be asked at your registration. Is considered a participant every person included babies. Babies from minus one year are free. ; an identitty check will be done. Every minors unaccompanied ; from one of his parents for all his stay, will not be allowed to stay on the campsite. BOOKING FOR A PITCH
Minimal booking of 7 nights in july/august. The reservation takes effect once the camper has sent the following to the owner of the campsite: a correctly filled out and signed reservation contract (attached), accompanied by 100 euros deposit (deducted from the final bill) made out in the name of Camping le Familial (any bank charges for which are down to the reservee). Please check availability before sending your reservation and deposit. Booking fees free. The entire booking period will be billed for and paid on the arrival day.
Once we have received your deposit we will send you an writing acknowledgement of your reservation.
From France : for the deposit (by cheque or money order), for the balance (by cheque or in cash). From abroad : for the deposit (by bank transfert (charges down to the reservee) or money order), for the balance (in cash).
The balance is to be paid on the arrival day at the campsite at your registration, either in cash or by cheque. In case of non payment, the management is allowed to have freely the pitch and without any reimbursement.
The pitches are available from midday on your arrival day. The pitches must be checked out by midday on your departure day. For any departures after midday you will be billed for an extra night.
In the case that you should arrive late or indeed leave earlier than the dates mentioned on your contract, the customer has to inform as soon as possible the manegement. The entire reservation period mentionned on the contract will be billed for.
The management ask to the customer to take out insurance of his choice. In case of cancellation of your stay minus 30 days before the date mentionned on the contract, the balance will be required. Every cancellation must be notified by registered letter (postmark doing proof). VISITORS Anybody who wishes to visit their family on the campsite must present themselves at the reception on arrival, to be allowed access onto the campsite. If authorisation is given, they must pay for their entry, conform to the campsite rules and leaves the campsite before 22.00 p.m. ANIMALS Dogs and cats must be kept on a lead, electronically chipped and vaccinated. The owner must be able to present the health record booklet of their animal if an inspection is carried out by the Departmental Management of Veterinary Services. Dogs should not be left alone in your caravan, tent or recreation-vehicle, or indeed on your pitch. Animals should be lead into the countryside to go about their daily needs and not do so on the campsite, the borders of the campsite or indeed on the property opposite. INSURANCE It is up to each camper to be correctly insured, against all kind of damages, which could engaged the responsability of the camper. OBLIGATIONS
Campers are required to conform to the internal rules of the campsite (displayed at the reception). The non-compliance of these conditions of this contract, is reason for exclusion (without any reimbursement possible).
For everybody’s wellbeing, our quiet time is between 22.30 p.m. and 8.00 a.m.
Campers are required to leave their pitch clean on departure day.
Any disputes concerning the above will be handled by the Annecy Tribunal. |
