GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS – SAISON 2012

PRICES

All charges have to be settled in euros, and its included, water, electricity, gas and heating. Local tax is in more for furnished apartments.

PARTICIPANTS TO THE STAY

Identity paper will be asked at your registration. Is considered a participant every person included babies. Babies from minus one year are free. ; an identitty check will be done.

BOOKING FOR A PITCH
     • Concrete booking
Minimal booking of 7 nights in july/august and from saturday to saturday. The reservation takes effect once the tenant has sent to the owner, 25% deposit of the rental amount made out in the name of Camping le Familial and a correctly filled out and signed reservation contract. Booking fees free.
     • Confirmation
Once we have received the pre payment of 25% of the full rental charge, and the completed contract, we will send you a writing acknowledgement of your reservation.
     • Means of payment : made out of the name Camping « Le Familial »
In case of rubber cheque, the rental contract will be spoilt and the owner will have at one’s disposal his rental.
From France : for the deposit (by cheque or money order), for the balance (by cheque or in cash).
From abroad : for the deposit (by bank transfert (contatct us for IBAN - charges down to the reservee) or money order), for the balance (in cash).
     • Booking balance
The balance is to be paid on the arrival day in the entry into places.
In case of non payment, the management is allowed to have freely the rental and without any reimbursement.
     • Caution
The caution, which amount is indicated in the contract, will be paid on the arrival day in the entry into places. It will be given back at departure after we have checked that the location is in perfect condition. In case of deterioration, the caution will be keep and collect after getting an estimate for the repairing of places. Should the cost of damage be more significant then the caution will be kept until the insurance of the tenant has settled the complete payment.
     • Arrival/departure
The rental is available from 4 p.m. on your arrival day.
The rental must be checked out by 10 a.m. on your departure day.
For any departures after 10 a.m., you will be billed for an extra night.
If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours according to the arrival date, the contract will be cancelled automatically, and the pre payment stays with the owner who is entitled to re let the rental.
     • Delayed arrival/early departure
In the case that you should arrive late or indeed leave earlier than the dates mentioned on your contract, the customer has to inform as soon as possible the management. The entire reservation period mentionned on the contract will be billed for.
      • CancellationAnnulation
The management ask to the customer to take out insurance of his choice. Every cancellation must be notified by registered letter (postmark doing proof). The owner keeps the deposit.

INVENTORY OF THE HIRING
The owner will check on the conditions of materials and objects in hte hiring prior to arrival, at departure the owner wil recheck the conditions in presence of the tenant. Any complaint regarding the condition of the hire has to be made within 24 hours after arrival and the hadover of the keys. The hire consists of the furniture, the dishes and cutlery, bedding corresponding to the description of the hire.
Each bed is equiped of protect mattress, pillows, protect pillows and blankets. Sheets and pillowcases will be furnished by your care. The tenant will be responsible for all objects if necessary held for repairing. The tenant is asked to report immediately any kind of deterioration that occurs during his stay.

OCCUPATION OF THE RENTAL SPACE
The client is entitled to the full use of his hire and furniture. The hire starts and ends with the date indicated on the rental contract. The tenant, person who has signed the contract, can in no circumstances claim any rights to extend the period of stay indicated on the rental contract. The contract established between the two parties cannot be passed on to a third person, except in case of agreement of the owner. The tenant is asked to inform the owner of any kind of any interruption of function of services. The tenant has to assure the peaceful character of the hire and environment. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract, the owner reserves himself the right to either break the contract or increase the rental charge.

VISITORS
Anybody who wishes to visit their family in a rental, must present themselves at the reception on arrival, to be allowed access onto the campsite. If authorisation is given, they must pay for their entry, conform to the campsite rules and leaves the campsite before 22.00 p.m.

ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in our rentals due to cause of allergies.

INSURANCE
The tenant has to be correctly insured, against all kind of damages, which could engaged his responsability.
The insurance should be given to the owner on your arrival day.

OBLIGATIONS
     • Internal rules and general conditions
The tenant is required to conform to the internal rules of the hiring and campsite (dispayed at the reception). The non-compliance of these conditions of this contract, is reason for exclusion (without any reimbursement possible).
     • Peace
For everybody’s wellbeing, our quiet time is between 22.30 p.m. and 8.00 a.m.
     • Cleanness
The tenant is engaged to leave the hire as clean as he has found it at his arrival.
     • Disputes
Any disputes concerning the above will be only handled by the Annecy Tribunal.
